The Owl and Monkey Haven has been created to provide a safe, happy environment for Primates and Birds of Prey who find themselves without a home. It is a small family run self build sanctuary and has been constructed to the highest possible standards with the animals’ welfare always paramount.
With an ever increasing waiting list of Primates and Owls who desperately need the homes we provide, work has already started on the expansion of the Haven. The money we raise from opening our doors to the public will enable us to build these extra enclosures and allow us to provide care for more of these delightful animals, many of whom are endangered species. At the Haven the inhabitants are in safe hands flourishing in their new homes and cared for by our team of dedicated keepers. We offer facilities such as ‘Xhabu’s’ Tea Room, ‘Cheeky Monkey’s’ Play Area (under 5’s), separate baby changing, Gift Shop and free car park.
