Due to the tremendous success of Nova Lifestyles network event, ‘New Year New You’ held at the Riverside Centre, Newport last month, the company has decided to run these on a regular basis throughout the year.

These FREE events will give the public an opportunity to find out more about complementary therapies, healthy eating, interesting ways of exercising, to sample some pampering beauty treatments and much, much more.

With information, demonstrations and displays, they make for a really interesting afternoon.

It also gives therapists and small businesses within the Health and Wellbeing sector a chance to network and build relationships across the industry.

Director, Sara Mousley said ‘ Nova Lifestyles mission is to improve the Health and Wellbeing of people living on the Isle of Wight as well as promoting the diverse range of services available on the island, within the sector’.

The next event is to be held on Saturday, March 13th at the Riverside Centre from 1.00 – 4.00pm.

From May onwards they will be held on the 3rd Saturday each month.

I am looking forward to attending and introducing Wikaniko to the Island – I am the first distributor here and have a wealth of health and beauty products included in my “department store”. Love the idea of helping people to live a healthier lifestyle and saving the earth without costing the earth.
