Childrens Cookery Classes
AFTER SCHOOL COOKERY CLASSES available for children aged 9 upwards(Places will be limited and 12 maximum to each class) Price - £12.50 each session or £75 for the complete course
A Children’s cookery class designed to inspire your child to have fun in the kitchen, Chef Graham Walker and his Sous Chef Austin Gould will encourage children to use their imagination, understand the basics and achieve some fantastic dishes for themselves along with tasting them (parents may also join in and help as a commis chef as well – and this is encouraged!)Arrive 4pm – 6pm finish
Thursday 8th January
Learn the following:
Pizza – from the raw ingredient of the tomato sauce/herbs and the making the dough
Chicken nuggets – cooking and breaking it down from a whole chicken into a finished product
Chipped potatoes – from the potato to a perfect chip
Jelly and Ice Cream - make a jelly and the ice cream from the raw ingredient
